Attitude swap
I’m thinking of having an attitude swap with the wife. Why go and swap with someone else’s wife when most marriage problems are caused by the varying attitudes and actions between partners and not how they compare to someone else (although that’s pretty high as well!). So will helen live a week with my attitude to home and life and will I live a week with hers? If we do I’m sure it’ll make interesting reading.

I won a bet
Maybe 2005 is meant to be a good year (touch wood) we had a house full of scousers on new years day so I took the opportunity to have a small flutter on Chelsea winning away at Liverpool. 0v1 – a good start to the year.

Molly’s mouse art
Molly is a more creative agitator than me. This is what she stuck on the glue sheet we had put down to try and rid our kitchen of the mice we had attracted.

Second Hand smoking
I have never smoked and with less public smoking around these days I really notice it when it occurs. After sharing a long café table with two smokers I felt shaky afterwards, like drinking too much coffee. Although I’ve never complained to smokers in public I’ve gotta say – bring on the ban.
